MTU Gas Generator Features
▪ MTU gas generator set inherits its military manufacturing quality, advanced material manufacturing and processing technology with the smallest and lightest dimension compared with all brands in the same category, achieving high reliability and long service life span.
▪ Energy-saving first & environmental concept sacrifices part of power generation efficiency to improve thermal efficiency and achieve the highest total energy efficiency.
▪ The generator set has low vibration, easy to install, and basically eliminates the vibration on the base. The generator set can be placed on customer base directly through the cushioning gasket without fixing or other vibration isolation measures.
▪ The noise of gas generator set is small. The surface and exhaust noise are much smaller than other brands of similar products.
▪ Two-stage high temperature inter-cooling system (53-56℃) enables the unit to have no power drop at high temperature and high altitude (below 1000 metres, ambient temperature below 45℃).
▪ The unit adopts closed crankcase system to reduce lubricating oil consumption and environmental pollution.
▪ High degree of automation and intelligence: with the machine side control cabinet, industrial level control system, color display touch screen, the unit can automatically realize the synchronization between power grid and load control.
▪ The unit is with long after sales maintenance interval & low maintenance cost for life cycle, such as L32 overhauls period is up to 64000 hours, L64FNER overhauls period to 84000 hours.
