If the individual is considered a social cell, the enterprise is a social organisation. The rise and fall of enterprises is related to social and economic development. With the advent of the knowledge-based economy, competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. In order to be invincible in the fierce market competition, enterprises must have high quality talents.


At the beginning of this year, LEES prepared and issued the staff education and training plan for 2022, requiring all departments to effectively perform their training duties, do a solid job of training, promote all personnel to speed up the ability to perform their duties, and lay the foundation of human resources for the enterprise to complete the tasks and high-quality development for the whole year.

Purpose of the training


I. To clarify the purpose of the training and fully understand the importance of improving their own quality and skill level.


2. To be good at learning and understanding, to be diligent in thinking during lectures and to work hard to accumulate.


3. To actively put into practice, use new knowledge and new ideas to improve the effectiveness of work, and effectively solve practical problems in the work.



The May training invited the company's new energy technology department, sales department, quality department and production department to give lectures, and some of the company's employees participated in the training.


The training content was from shallow to deep, including product knowledge, the construction of the production system, how to build and determine the project, as well as sales, the construction of the production internal and the understanding of the project. Through a series of specific cases, theoretical learning was combined with practical work. The PPTs are interspersed with a large number of pictures and illustrated with relevant diagrams; the content is arranged in such a way that it is easy to understand and illustrated. Each presenter will share their insights and practices in a concise and vivid text, combined with personal experiences and cases, to expand the staff's horizons from all angles.

At the end of the meeting, every employee deeply appreciated that every learning opportunity is not easy to come by, and that the high hopes and hard work of the organisers are condensed in every training session despite all odds.
