LEES offshore wind power Project

Offshore wind power is a clean and renewable energy. Countries all over the world regard offshore wind power as an important direction of renewable energy development. Offshore wind power is an important part of China's goal of achieving carbon peak and carbon neutralization.

Recently, LEESsuccessfully won an offshore wind farm diesel generator procurement project. Through field investigation and understanding, according to its environmental conditions, operation conditions, service conditions and power load, we finally determined to provide a batch of 1000kW container diesel generator sets for the offshore wind farm. This batch of units will use the testing and debugging power supply of the wind turbine unit.

Customized design of unit

1. Select three prevention motors (moisture-proof, mildew proof and salt fog proof) to cope with the harsh marine environment.

2. Select the Deif controller with rich experience in the field of wind energy, which has excellent performance and long service life, and can still operate stably in the harsh maritime environment.

3. The electric drive water tank is selected to replace the traditional shaft drive water tank, which is convenient for cleaning and maintenance, and suitable for the use of marine environment.

4. The standard container shell with compact structure has high climate protection and safety protection, convenient transportation and operation and maintenance. The side adopts rainproof curtain design, which can not only dissipate heat and ventilate, but also prevent the erosion of rain water due to strong wind at sea.

At present, offshore wind power has become a research hotspot of global wind power development. As a supporting industry, diesel generator set has become an important part of offshore wind farm construction. In the future, LEES will continue to strengthen technology research and development, strengthen scientific and technological innovation, and make more contributions to the national clean energy transformation!
