In order to continuously improve the skill level and practical operation ability of workshop operators and to strengthen the personal ability of employees, the LEES workshop held a workshop frontline skill assessment competition based on this background.
The test was divided into two parts: theory and practical exercises. From the planning before the test, the preparation of the test questions, the arrangement at the site, to the control during the test, all were done in a strict manner and arranged tightly, giving each employee participating in the test a very full platform to show their talents.
During the examination, the candidates answered the questions carefully and the atmosphere in the examination room was quiet and serious. In this tense and orderly atmosphere, everyone was able to answer the questions carefully and conscientiously.
After the test, all the employees who took part in the test said that they had benefited a lot, not only the theoretical foundation was further tested and consolidated, but also the job cognition was enhanced, and more importantly, a solid foundation was laid for efficient production and excellent quality.
